Raise a Cup O’ Coffee to Your Health!
This article makes my day! I worship my morning cup of coffee. I've been known to even drink it on the tennis court & find it keeps me more focused. Its both a necessity and a source of pleasure in my day.

Will I ever enjoy that first wintry, rainy Sunday with a steaming mug of coffee, my New York Times and NFL pre-game shows. Its going to be sublime knowing I'm helping my bod and mind while I'm curled up on the couch getting my coffee fix!
