Design your own “ideal” workout using Jana’s Modular Class System, consisting of short, 15 to 20 minute workouts that fit together in any number of combinations. Simply decide on how much time you have and what part(s) of your body you want to work on, then choose the class modules that fit your needs and combine them to fill your available time.
